Your.Tube API Terms and Conditions for Registrars

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

These Your.Tube API Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Your.Tube API ("API") provided by Latin American Telecom LLC / Your.Tube Operator] ("we", "us", or "Your.Tube"). By registering for a registrar account, generating or using an API token, or accessing the API in any way, you ("Registrar", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the API.

  1. Access and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the API solely to:

  • Programmatically create and manage user records, .tube domains, and associated video links/shortcuts (V-Links) on the Your.Tube platform for end-users who have registered .tube domains through you.
  • Perform operations as described in the Your.Tube API Documentation (including but not limited to creating users, adding domains, attaching optional V-Links/shortcuts, searching, updating, and deleting records).

Access requires a valid API token issued after your registrar account approval. You must include the token in requests using the specified headers (Authorization: Bearer {token}, etc.). You may only use the API for legitimate .tube domain registrations and related services at terms equivalent to those offered by the official Your.Tube Registrar.

  1. Registrar Obligations

As a condition of API access and to provide .tube domains under the same conditions as our own registrar:

  • You must offer .tube domain registrations to your customers on pricing, terms, and availability no less favorable than those provided by the Your.Tube official registrar channel.
  • For each .tube domain you register, you must:
    • Use the API to create/add the corresponding user record and domain on Your.Tube promptly after registration.
    • Optionally (but encouraged) attach V-Links/shortcuts to populate the user's channel.
  • You must send an email to each end-user who registers a .tube domain through you, inviting them to visit https://your.tube/ and including links to the Your.Tube FAQs (or equivalent help/support pages). This email must be sent within a reasonable time after domain registration (e.g., within 7 days) and must not be promotional in a way that misrepresents Your.Tube services.
  • You may promote the Your.Tube platform to your customers in connection with .tube registrations, but all promotions must be accurate and comply with these Terms.
  1. Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to allow any third party to:

  • Use the API for any purpose other than as expressly permitted above.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the API.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the API.
  • Use the API in any unlawful, abusive, or harmful manner, or to violate any third-party rights.
  • Share, sell, rent, lease, transfer, or sublicense your API token or access.
  • Exceed reasonable rate limits or engage in excessive/spam-like API calls (we may impose limits at our discretion).
  • Use the API to access or manipulate data beyond what is necessary for your registrar functions.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Your.Tube or imply endorsement beyond registrar partnership.
  1. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from end-users for processing their data (e.g., name, email) via the API. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR if relevant) when handling user data obtained through or in connection with the API. 1. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your API access immediately if you breach these Terms, misuse the API, or if we reasonably believe your use harms the platform, users, or our interests. Upon termination, you must cease all API use and delete any stored tokens/credentials.

  1. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the API, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  1. Indemnification
  2. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your.Tube and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your registrar activities, or your misuse of the API.9. Changes to Terms.

We may update these Terms at any time.
