These Terms of Use and Conditions of Service (the “Legal Terms” or “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity, “you”, “User”, or “your”) and Tube Registrar LLC, doing business as TUBE (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in Virginia, United States, with its principal address at 10306 Eaton Place, Suite 300, Fairfax, VA 22030, United States.

We operate the website https://your.tube (the “Site”), the TUBE platform, associated applications, and any related products and services that refer or link to these Legal Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By accessing, registering for, or using the Services in any manner (including creating a .tube domain/Creator Handle, syncing channels, curating content, or using AI tools), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Legal Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Legal Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes via email (to your account address) or by posting an updated version on the Site with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You agree to review these Terms periodically.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). If you are a minor (generally under 18), you must obtain permission from and be supervised by a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

1. Definitions

Creator Handle: Your registered .tube domain name (e.g., yourname.tube), which serves as your primary brand identifier and channel home.
TUBE Channel: Your personalized collection of video shortcuts (short links), presented as a fully customizable channel or link-in-bio page.
Shortcuts / TUBE Links / Vlinks: Shortened URLs to videos or content from YouTube®, Vimeo®, TikTok®, Twitch®, Instagram®, or other platforms (or uploaded directly to TUBE).
Synchronization: Linking your TUBE to an existing YouTube® channel, enabling automatic creation of Shortcuts for new uploads and utilitarian links (e.g., domain.tube/subscribe).
AI Curation: Our AI assistant that builds or enriches your TUBE by searching for relevant videos based on your topic, layout, and preferences, with weekly recommendations.
Contributions: Any content you provide or curate, including Shortcuts, uploaded videos, logos, text, designs, descriptions, and ads.

2. Our Services

TUBE enables creators to own their brand, audience, and revenue by registering a custom .tube domain and building a video channel through curation or synchronization — without mandatory video uploads (though uploads are supported on paid tiers).

Domain Registration: You choose a .tube Creator Handle. If generally available, it is offered at the lowest price or free during promotions. Registration is subject to ICANN rules, registry policies, and our procedures (including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) and potentially the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) system). You warrant that your chosen Handle does not infringe third-party rights (including trademarks) and agree to promptly update contact information within 15 days of any inquiry from us.
YouTube® Synchronization: You must legitimately control the YouTube® channel you associate. New uploads automatically generate Shortcuts in your TUBE. If the legitimate owner files a valid claim of unauthorized use/impersonation, you will immediately lose the domain, channel, all Shortcuts, and associated content with no refund. A YouTube® channel may be associated with only one TUBE.
You remain subject to the YouTube® Terms of Service.
AI-Populated or Curated Channels: If you do not sync with YouTube®, our AI asks questions about your topic, desired layout/color scheme, then searches the internet for high-quality relevant videos to build and populate your channel (including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions). Weekly reminders provide new relevant videos for selective addition.
Creating Shortcuts: You may copy/paste links from supported platforms or search YouTube®/the TUBE platform to select and incorporate Shortcuts. Each Shortcut includes a unique URL and QR code.
Customization and Monetization: Full redesign control — add custom text, logos, favicons, banners, additional links, categories, and dedicated advertising spaces. You may place your own ads or integrate Google Ads (or similar). You retain 100% of revenue from monetization features (ads, memberships, donations, sponsorships) with no platform thresholds or cuts.
Web3 / Blockchain Features: Optional integration of your .tube domain with crypto wallets for instant payments (tips, subscriptions, sponsorships with no fees), token-gated content, NFT minting of channels/collections, and ENS-compatible on-chain identity. Use is at your sole risk; we are not responsible for wallet security, transactions, volatility, or third-party smart contracts.
Uploaded Content: Higher-tier users may upload original videos directly to TUBE (subject to storage/bandwidth limits).
Utilitarian Links: Automatically generated for synchronized channels (e.g., domain.tube/subscribe, domain.tube/about).

TUBE also provides a TUBE® Trademark License: Upon creating a TUBE, we automatically grant a limited license to combine your brand with the TUBE® mark for stronger legal recognition in the video space (subject to revocation for misconduct).

3. Tiers of Service

We offer tiered plans (Silver/basic and Gold/enhanced; details and current pricing available on the Site and subject to change). Gold users receive additional benefits such as Domain Privacy, increased storage/bandwidth for uploads, playlist synchronization, subdomain creation for playlists/sections (e.g., kids.yourname.tube), and priority support.4. Free Trial, Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, and Domain Lapse

New users receive a one-month free trial. Unless you manually cancel in your account settings before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate for your selected tier. You are responsible for monitoring and canceling.

Payments are processed via the Site; you authorize charges to your provided payment method. Prices may change with notice; applicable taxes apply. We do not store full payment card details (handled by third-party processors).

If your subscription lapses (non-payment or cancellation), your .tube domain ownership is canceled, and the domain is released back to the registry for general availability. You forfeit all rights to the domain, TUBE channel, Shortcuts, uploaded content, and associated data. No refunds for partial periods. Web3-integrated domains may face additional suspension periods (e.g., up to 5 years) to prevent fraud.

Annual renewal may apply in some contexts; failure to renew results in suspension/deletion.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Services, software, design, TUBE® and .tube® trademarks, and platform content. Subject to your compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your original Contributions (subject to third-party rights in linked videos). By providing or curating Contributions, you grant us a broad, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable license to host, display, distribute, and sublicense shortcuts to your videos as needed to operate and promote the Services.

You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit our IP without express written permission. You warrant that your Contributions and linked content do not infringe any rights and comply with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

6. User Representations, Warranties, and Compliance with Third-Party Policies

You represent and warrant that:

All account and domain registration information is accurate, current, and complete;
You have legitimate control over any synchronized channel;
Your use and Contributions comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the terms/policies of third-party platforms, including but not limited to the YouTube® Terms of Service, TikTok® Terms of Service, Vimeo® Terms of Service, and Instagram® Terms of Use.

We are not responsible for violations by third-party platforms. You agree to indemnify us for any resulting claims.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or infringing purpose;
Impersonate another creator or associate with a channel you do not control;
Upload or link to viruses, malware, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content;
Violate third-party platform terms when linking/uploading;
Engage in systematic scraping, harassment, spamming, or circumvention of technical/billing protections;
Provide false or misleading information about ownership/control;
Use the Services to compete with TUBE or in any unauthorized revenue-generating manner;
Fail to maintain accurate account/contact details.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice.

8. Channel Ownership Claims and Disputes

We investigate valid claims of unauthorized channel association or impersonation. Upon verification, the offending account forfeits the domain, channel, and all content with no refund. We may transfer or cancel the domain per ICANN/registry dispute policies (UDRP, URS, etc.). Domains and channels are subject to correction of registration errors.

9. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account, domain, or access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your rights cease immediately, and the domain may be released.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect synchronization, AI accuracy, availability of linked content, or specific monetization results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or profits).

We are not responsible for third-party content, blockchain/Web3 risks, or actions of other users/platforms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tube Registrar LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your Contributions or linked content; (c) violation of these Terms or third-party policies; (d) ownership/impersonation disputes; or (e) Web3/blockchain activities.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia. You waive objections to venue or jurisdiction.

13. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior versions where they conflict. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely. No agency, partnership, or joint venture is created. Notices must be in writing.

Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (if mandatory and non-excludable) are not limited by these Terms.
