Terms of Use
Terms of Use and Conditions of Service for TUBE (your.tube)
Last Updated: July 23, 2026
These Terms of Use and Conditions of Service (the “Legal Terms” or “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “User,” or “your”) and Tube Registrar LLC, doing business as TUBE (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Delaware, United States, with its principal address at 10306 Eaton Place, Suite 300, Fairfax, VA 22030, United States.
TUBE's Services are offered as a single monthly (or annual) subscription package that bundles (a) registration of a .tube domain name (your “Creator Handle”) and (b) hosting of a website at that domain which displays a customizable channel page aggregating links to your content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and other supported platforms, together with any AI Curation, synchronization, uploading, and monetization features made available on your tier (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services provide significant independent value through multi-platform aggregation, custom .tube domain branding, AI-assisted curation and layout tools, monetization features, and link management, and are not intended as a substitute or replica of any single platform’s core experience.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: By accessing, registering for, or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Users under 18 must have permission from, and be supervised by, a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on the minor's behalf.
1. Definitions
- Creator Handle: your registered .tube domain name (e.g., yourname.tube), which serves as both your website address and your primary brand identifier. We also sell .com domain names or you can point any domain to our and turn it into your creator handle. Only .TUBE are provided free of charge.
- TUBE Channel: the hosted website at your Creator Handle presenting your video Shortcuts as a customizable channel or link-in-bio page.
- Shortcuts / TUBE Links / V-Links: shortened URLs on your TUBE Channel pointing to videos or content on YouTube®, TikTok®, Instagram®, Vimeo®, Twitch®, or other supported platforms, or to content uploaded directly to TUBE.
- Synchronization: connecting your TUBE Channel to a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram account that you legitimately own or control, through each platform's official API, so that new public content automatically generates Shortcuts.
- AI Curation: our AI assistant that builds or enriches your Channel by retrieving publicly available video information through each platform's official API, based on your stated topic, layout, and preferences.
- Contributions: content you provide or curate, including Shortcuts, uploaded videos, logos, text, designs, descriptions, and ads.
2. The Bundled Domain — Hosting Package
Your subscription combines domain registration or pointing and website hosting as a single package. Your .tube domain registration and your TUBE Channel hosting are not sold or offered separately, and your right to use the domain is conditioned on maintaining an active, paid subscription, as described in Section 4.
3. Our Services
3.1 Domain Registration
Registration of your .tube Creator Handle is subject to ICANN rules and registry policies, including the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), the Uniform Rapid Suspension (URS) system, and the WHOIS/RDAP accuracy requirements described below. You warrant that your chosen Handle does not infringe third-party rights (including trademarks) and agree to keep your registrant contact information accurate and to update it within 15 days of any change or inquiry from us. Under ICANN's Transfer Policy currently in effect, a domain is subject to a 60-day inter-registrar transfer lock following initial registration, a change of registrant contact information, or a prior transfer; ICANN's GNSO Council has approved a policy reform that would shorten this to a 30-day (720-hour) lock applying only to new registrations and inbound transfers, but that reform was not yet in force as of this drafting — confirm the then-current rule at the time of publication.
3.2 Platform Synchronization and Compliance
If you connect a YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram account, that connection is made exclusively through each platform's official API and is subject to that platform's terms, in addition to these Terms:
- YouTube®: you must legitimately control the connected channel. Your use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and Developer Policies. By connecting a YouTube channel or using AI Curation or Synchronization features involving YouTube content, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service[](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). TUBE will display a link to those Terms where required by YouTube policy. If the legitimate channel owner files a valid claim of unauthorized use or impersonation, you will immediately lose the domain, Channel, all Shortcuts, and associated content, with no refund.
- TikTok®: you must legitimately control the connected account, and your use is subject to the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms of Service. You may not use Synchronization to imply any affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by TikTok, and TikTok watermarks, attributions, and branding may not be removed or altered.
- Instagram®: only Instagram Business or Creator accounts linked to a Facebook Page may be connected (Meta no longer permits third-party API access to personal Instagram accounts). Your use is subject to Instagram's Terms of Use and Meta's Platform Terms.
- A given YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram account may be associated with only one TUBE Channel.
3.3 AI-Curated Channels and Branding/Attribution
If you do not synchronize an account, our AI Curation feature retrieves publicly available video information through each supported platform's official API to help build and populate your Channel (including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions), subject to the branding, attribution, and required-minimum-functionality rules of the source platform. We do not use unofficial scraping or unauthorized data-collection methods.
TUBE displays platform-derived content (including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions) in accordance with each platform’s branding, attribution, logo, and Required Minimum Functionality requirements. You may not remove, obscure, alter, or overlay required attributions, logos, watermarks, or branding elements on your Channel.
3.4 Manually Created Shortcuts
You may also create Shortcuts by pasting a public link to content on a supported platform. Manually created Shortcuts still direct users to the source platform under that platform's own terms, and you remain responsible for ensuring the linked content is lawfully available and that your use complies with the source platform's terms.
3.5 Customization, Monetization, and Uploaded Content
You may customize your Channel's design and, on eligible tiers, place your own ads, integrate third-party ad networks, or upload original video content subject to storage and bandwidth limits. You retain 100% of revenue you generate from monetization features on your Channel; TUBE does not take a platform cut, though third-party platforms, ad networks, and payment processors may apply their own fees.
3.6 Web3 / Blockchain Features
Optional integrations (crypto wallet payments, token-gated content, NFT minting, on-chain identity) are provided “as is” and used at your sole risk. We are not responsible for wallet security, transaction failures, volatility, or third-party smart contracts.
3.7 Exclusive Direct-to-Consumer Distribution
The TUBE Services — including the bundled combination of .tube domain registration, TUBE Channel hosting, Synchronization, AI Curation, and monetization features — are offered exclusively through TUBE's own direct-to-consumer site at https://your.tube.
TUBE does not authorize any other registrar, reseller, or third party to resell, white-label, or bundle the TUBE Services, and any offering that purports to do so is unauthorized and not sponsored by TUBE.
This exclusivity applies to the bundled subscription product, not to your underlying domain name registration. Consistent with ICANN policy, you retain the right to transfer your .tube domain registration to a different ICANN-accredited registrar at any time, subject to standard ICANN transfer requirements (including authorization-code verification and the transfer lock described below). If you transfer your domain away from TUBE, your TUBE Channel hosting, Shortcuts, Synchronization, and related features for that domain will end, because those features are provided only as part of the bundled subscription and are not available as a standalone hosting product.
Separately, the .TUBE Registry (Latin American Telecom LLC) may onboard other ICANN-accredited registrars to sell bare .tube domain registrations and invite their customers to activate the TUBE hosting bundle directly at https://your.tube, under the .TUBE Registry's own API Agreement and Co-Marketing Agreement with those registrars. That referral arrangement does not change the exclusivity described above: a customer who registers a .tube domain through another registrar still must subscribe to the TUBE bundle directly through TUBE to receive hosting, and no other registrar is authorized to sell, bundle, or activate the TUBE hosting product on TUBE's behalf.
4. Billing, Renewal, and Domain Lapse
New users receive a one-month free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at the then-current rate for your selected tier, and you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You may cancel at any time through your account settings using a mechanism at least as simple as the one used to sign up, consistent with applicable state and federal auto-renewal disclosure requirements. Prices may change with notice; applicable taxes apply.
Because domain registration and hosting are provided as a single bundled subscription, if your subscription lapses for any reason (non-payment or cancellation), both your website hosting and your .tube domain registration terminate together. Your domain will be handled in accordance with ICANN's Expired Registration Recovery Policy, including any applicable auto-renew grace period and redemption grace period, after which it is released back to the registry for general availability. You forfeit all rights to the domain, TUBE Channel, Shortcuts, uploaded content, and associated data upon final expiration, and no refunds are provided for partial periods. We recommend exporting a record of your Shortcuts and any uploaded content before your subscription lapses; we will provide at least 15 days' advance notice by email before a non-renewing domain enters its redemption period where required by ICANN policy.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
We (or our licensors) own all rights in the Services, software, design, and the TUBE® and .tube® trademarks. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.
You retain ownership of your original Contributions, subject to the rights of any third party in linked or synchronized content. By providing or curating Contributions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your Shortcuts and Channel as needed to operate the Services — limited to that purpose, and terminating upon deletion of the associated content or account in accordance with Section 4, except as needed to comply with law or resolve disputes.
6. User Representations, Warranties, and Compliance with Third-Party Policies
You represent and warrant that: (a) your account and domain registration information is accurate, current, and complete; (b) you have legitimate control over any account you synchronize; and (c) your use and Contributions comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and the terms and policies of any connected platform, including the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and the Instagram Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms. By using Synchronization or AI Curation involving YouTube, you specifically agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. We are not responsible for a connected platform's actions, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your violation of a connected platform's terms.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Use the Services for any illegal, harmful, or infringing purpose.
- Impersonate another creator or associate with an account you do not legitimately control.
- Upload or link to malware, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, violent, or sexually explicit content.
- Violate the terms of any connected platform when linking, synchronizing, or uploading.
- Use scraping, harvesting, or other unauthorized data-collection methods against any connected platform in lieu of that platform's official API.
- Engage in harassment, spamming, or circumvention of technical or billing protections.
- Provide false or misleading information about account ownership or control.
- Use the Services to build a product or service that competes with or replicates TUBE, YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.
- Misrepresent an affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from TUBE or any connected platform.
- Remove, obscure, alter, or overlay required platform attributions, logos, watermarks, or branding elements on your Channel.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Services (including your domain, as described in Section 4) without notice. Breach of a connected platform’s terms or loss of TUBE’s API access due to your actions is also grounds for immediate termination.
8. Channel Ownership Claims and Disputes
We investigate valid claims of unauthorized channel association or impersonation. Upon verification, the offending account forfeits the domain, Channel, and all content with no refund. We may transfer or cancel the domain under applicable ICANN/registry dispute policies (UDRP, URS).
9. Copyright Policy (DMCA)
We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Our designated agent for notice of claimed infringement may be reached at dmca@your.tube. Repeat infringers' Channels are subject to termination.
10. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account, domain, or access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, breach of a connected platform’s terms, loss of API access attributable to your conduct, or any other reason in our sole discretion, subject to the ICANN redemption-grace-period notice described in Section 4. Upon termination, your rights cease immediately.
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted hosting, uptime, perfect synchronization, AI accuracy, availability of linked content, or specific monetization results, and we are not responsible for loss of content due to hosting failure; you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content you upload directly to TUBE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tube Registrar LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your Contributions or linked/synchronized content; (c) your violation of these Terms or a connected platform's terms; (d) ownership or impersonation disputes; or (e) Web3/blockchain activities.
13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Agreement
Except for claims that qualify for small-claims court or claims for injunctive relief regarding intellectual property, you and TUBE agree to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court. YOU AND TUBE EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing legal@your.tube within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to Section 13, any disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
15. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, internet or utility outages, cyberattacks, war, governmental action, or changes, deprecations, quota reductions, or policy updates by YouTube, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, or any other connected platform that affect API availability or functionality.
16. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TUBE. If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. Our failure to enforce a right does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign freely. Consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived are not limited by these Terms.
